In partnership with the Institution of Fire Engineers, IFSTA has developed a new edition of their Technical Rescue for Structural Collapse aimed primarily at rescuers outside of North America. This edition features terminology and techniques used throughout the world. The validation committee for this manual included fire service professionals from Europe, Asia, and Australia.
